Bereavement
3/5 stars
Despite its formulaic parts, it was a pretty good film.
There's a troubled neighbor living in these parts… One whose ambitions are to destroy life for the sake of compulsion and self satisfaction. Why else?
The formulaic end of this film had me fast forwarding, so I watched a total of 45 minutes of this movie. The ending was worth my time though.
Very violent film.

Recent games played
Dantes Inferno
This game is fierce! Sort of a God of War rip off, but it still kicks your ass.
Dead Island
I've been waiting for a game like this for years. From the onset, I felt like I was in the film, Dawn of the Dead.

REC• 2
Despite the inclusion of "religion".. Nice. The writers nearly sent this story straight to the sewer pits of Hell - BUT SURPRISINGLY,
they didn't.
I popped this DVD from netflix into my XBOX 360, laid down on my bed and was engrossed in REC•2, just as I was with the first film. It has all the intensity still intact. The crazy hand held camera work can be tedious and redundant though.
"DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!" "FILM EVERYTHING!"
"FUCKING KILL EVERYONE!!"
I prefer the ladder of those three.
Enough's enough already with the filming. Time to start finding new ways to improve the art and affect/effect they're looking for. I can't offer any suggestions because.. Well, hell no. I'm not that forthcoming with my secrets. But some of my film making approaches are already common place, so fuck it.
Overall, the ending of REC•2 is what saves this film from becoming an exhausting test of patience on the senses. Hopefully the third installment will venture outside the apartment complex.
This virus cannot realistically be contained.. Then again.
